We are so grateful for our many community partners that are committed to enhancing excellent health care at Island Hospital. Some of our recent grants include:

Anacortes Noon Kiwanis Club awarded $9,000 for two requests, including $5,000 for Maternity and Infant Care Support and $4,000 for the Teen Clinic.

Anacortes Police Department awarded a $2,500 School Safety Grant to support the Mental Health Intervention program in Anacortes Schools.

Andeavor awarded $24,520 enhancing our emergency preparedness with Hazardous Material Suits and the batteries required to provide oxygen to the suit hoods. In addition they funded a Carbon Monoxide Hemoglobin Monitor to detect Carbon Monoxide poisoning in the bloodstream.

Christ Episcopal Church awarded $3,339 for two requests, including $1,839 for the Teen Clinic and $1,500 for Maternity and Infant Care Support.

Kiwanis Sunrisers awarded $920 to address the greatest needs at Island Hospital.

Rotary Club of Anacortes awarded $27,307 for the Mental Health Intervention program in Anacortes schools.

Shell Puget Sound Refinery awarded $10,000 to fund three projects including $2,000 for the Gala of Hope Sponsorship, $3,500 for a Wound Care Fundamentals Course for Clinical Staff, and $4,500 for a Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN) review course.
